A behind-the-scenes look at the logistics and creative support that bring large-scale productions to life. This section highlights work as an Art Department Coordinator, managing workflows, budgets, schedules, vendor rentals, legal and clearance agreements, and overall communication to ensure seamless execution of every set and visual element.

In this role, there is close collaborative teamwork with the Production Designer, Art Director, and Set Decorator from the earliest concept stages through final build and on-set delivery. Responsibilities include tracking design assets, coordinating interdepartmental needs, sourcing and negotiating with vendors, managing documentation, and ensuring the art department runs efficiently and creatively—supporting the vision that shapes each production.
